Why This Matters?
Once construction is finished, the builder receives an Occupancy Certificate from the Mahanagar Palika. This certificate proves the building is safe, legal, and ready to live in.
What Do Rohinee Engineers Do?
We act as the link between the builder and the MahaRERA portal.
Our job is to update the Occupancy Certificate on the MahaRERA portal so that:
